"I've known her for a long time, and she's also been someone I've trusted with my child. She has such a natural way of connecting with kids and making them feel comfortable, while still helping them learn and grow. My child always felt safe with her, and I appreciated how patient and understanding she was, especially on the harder days. She truly cares about the kids she works with, and it shows. Seeing her create Out the Box ABA feels so fitting because this is really what she's meant to do. Would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for someone who will genuinely care about their child."

"I can't say enough great things about Out the Box ABA and especially my son's BCBA, Kayla. She has been incredibly understanding, patient, caring, and supportive throughout our time with her. She truly took the time to understand my son and worked with him in a way that made him feel comfortable, supported, and successful. Kayla has helped him make so much progress and reach goals that I once worried would be very difficult for him. One of the biggest accomplishments has been potty training, and I am so grateful for all the patience, guidance, and hard work she put into helping him reach that milestone. She has also helped him grow in so many other areas, and we have seen such a positive difference in him. It means so much to have someone who genuinely cares about your child and celebrates their progress along the way. Kayla has been amazing, and I am truly grateful for everything she has done for my son and our family. I highly recommend Out the Box ABA and Kayla to any family looking for compassionate and dedicated support!"

"Watching the way she works with children, it's obvious how passionate she is about what she does. She's always been patient, understanding, and really good at meeting my child where they're at. You can tell she genuinely cares and isn't just going through the motions. I've seen how comfortable my child is with her and how much effort she puts into helping them grow. I'm really proud of what she's built with Out The Box ABA and would definitely recommend her to other families."

Questions Parents Ask

The ones that come up on almost every first call.

It depends on the hours Kayla recommends for your child. She will give you the actual numbers on your first call, before you commit to anything, so you can decide with the full picture.

This page is for you if any of these sound familiar.

Your insurance plan doesn't cover ABA, or the out of network benefits are not enough to make it work.

Your child was approved for fewer hours than Kayla would recommend, and you can see it isn't enough.

You want one BCBA who actually knows your child, not a new face every few months.

A note on payment, up front. This page is for families paying privately. That means no waiting on authorizations and no arguing with a payer about hours. Kayla will walk you through the cost on your first call so you can decide with real numbers in front of you. If you'd rather use insurance benefits, that's fine too, just tell us on the call and we'll check your plan.

Why Families Choose to Pay Privately

It is a real trade, and here is what you get back for it.

Start in weeks, not months.

No payer intake queue and no waiting months for an opening. Most families begin within a few weeks of the first call.

The hours your child actually needs.

Kayla recommends hours based on what your child needs, not what a payer approves by default. That is where we start.

One BCBA, start to finish.

Kayla designs your child's program and supervises every session herself. No rotating case assignment.
